Dr. Kar earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California and his B.S. (Cum Laude) in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine. He has also served as a Faculty Lecturer at USC teaching Failure Analysis of Materials and Strength of Materials.
